• Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Personalized items, custom stickers, custom lighters, custom fans, custom bookmarks, and custom party items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
• We will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
